Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Economics, Sociology, Social Work., Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor Kallyanis' (women entrepreneurs) sales performance of that particular upazilla on a daily basis;
∎ Maintain good relations with local administration and influential people regularly;
∎ Conduct field level training / workshops;
∎ Arrange weekly meetings with Kallyanis, distribute inventory and provide solutions to their problems;
∎ Update and maintain stock list using digital platform and keep track of products;
∎ Collect all Kallyani's orders and send it head office through supervisor;
∎ Distribute monthly sales targets to Kallyanis' (women entrepreneurs) and take necessary steps to fulfill the target;
∎ Ensure every Kallyanis' (women entrepreneurs) monthly sales target is achieved in their areas;
∎ Arrange meeting for scheduling the next duties and exchange of goods delivered to women entrepreneur (Kallyani) on a weekly basis;
∎ Collect sales money submit to Field Operation Manager/ Company accounts;
∎ Increase Kallyani's skills through training;
∎ Prepare and send sales reports in weekly / monthly / quarterly basis;
∎ Organize field level training / workshops;
∎ Assist in field operation and provide logistic and administrative support where necessary;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must need the motorbike ownership (driving license & proper document)
∎ Must have expertise in MS Office program
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
