A service-oriented financial institution dedicated to building a poverty-free society. Under specified terms and conditions, applications are invited for a number of Field Officer positions for the organization’s Microfinance Project ;-

1. Conduct regular field visits to meet members, clients, and prospective customers.

2. Promote the organization's services and explain its activities to local communities.

3. Collect and verify necessary information and documents from members.

4. Assist in member enrollment, registration, and maintaining updated records.

5. Monitor field-level activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

6. Maintain good relationships with existing members and develop new contacts.

7. Follow up with members regarding installments, payments, and other organizational requirements, where applicable.

8. Achieve assigned field targets and report progress to the supervisor.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. First 6 Months: 20,000 / month

2. After 6 Months: 25,000 / month
