∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree having no 3rd Class/equivalent CGPA in his/her academic record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual monthly Deposit and Agent Acquisition target
∎ Maintain good relationship with Agents
∎ Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
∎ Makes in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective Clients
∎ Any other job/instruction as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants must have 1-2 years' experience in Banks or Non-banking Financial Institutions on Retail Banking/Mobile banking/Agent Banking.
∎ Age not exceeding 35 (thirty five) years as on last date of application.
∎ Candidates having Motorcycle with valid driving license will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer especially in MS Office.
∎ Must have customer focused attitude.
∎ Should be dedicated and career focused.
∎ Must have strong communication skills.
