Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree (bachelor's degree or master's) in English , Management , ELT, Education, Research , Social Science or any other relevant field. Advanced professional degree in education is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the supervision of Programme Assistant - School Meals will be responsible for the following duties:
∎ Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the assistance programme at the sub-office /field level, in close collaboration with the cooperating partners
∎ Prepare monthly monitoring plan and submit to supervisor for review
∎ Liaise with cooperating partners and internal counterparts to gather feedback and comments to support programme reviews and improve services and encouraging women's participation in school management committees
∎ Conduct Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) at the school level and provide feedback to school on the spot for improvement and corrective measures
∎ Facilitate Focus Group Discussion with school children, parents and school management (SMC) members and prepare reports
∎ Receive and collate comments and feedback from cooperating partners, beneficiaries, and beneficiaries, to support identifying programmatic issues with a view to fostering efficient operations.
∎ Provide guidance for cooperating partners on WFP operational practices, monitoring tools and methods in order to support them to complete self-monitoring tasks and to contribute to the visibility of WFP in the coverage areas.
∎ Prepare field mission reports to document programme implementation
∎ Managed distribution monitoring at schools and provide feedback to school teachers
∎ Check school stores and take physical inventory of WFP food item and check the quality of food
∎ Visit cooperating partners warehouses of WFP programs and check documents, physical balances and report findings
∎ Monitor the school level purchase committees, mothers' groups, producer groups are functional and the linkage with local producer groups, and the documentations
∎ Monitor cooked meals preparation and distribution and the garbage management
∎ Supervise training organized by partners for schoolteachers and Government officials and provide feedback and report
∎ Support in Essential Learning Package activities are organized effectively by partners
∎ Check the WASH facilities including hand washing, and dish-washing facilities are adequate and safe for children
∎ Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the head of unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience : At least three years of progressively responsible work experience, including at least one years of implementation in program related to primary education or school feeding. Experience working with schools and teacher will be considered as an asset.
∎ Language: Proficiency both oral and written communication in English Bangla.
∎ Knowledge & Skills: Training and/or experience utilizing computers, including word processing, spreadsheet and other WFP standard software packages and systems eg. COMET. General knowledge of UN system administrative policies, rules, regulations and procedures in the area of administration.
Salary: Tk. 85766 (Monthly)
