Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and enhancing current business operation by acquiring new customer (B2B).
∎ Guiding & monitoring customers care representatives to provide field service to the customer.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with all related companies.
∎ Follow up on existing customer issues and keep customers apprised on the status and resolution in a timely manner.
∎ Maintaining Communication and good relation with the customers.
∎ Providing necessary products developing on customers requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience required 1 to 3 year(s) Fresher's are also accepted.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Support/ Client Service.
∎ Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette.
