∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and maintaining senior relationships with all related companies.
∎ Responsible for managing the merchandising of the sites, tracking and responding to online sales progress, product availability and margins to maximize sales growth and profitability.
∎ Assist E - Commerce customers promptly through a myriad of communication channels including chat, email, social media, telephone and more.
∎ Guiding & monitoring customers care representatives to provide field service to the customer.
∎ Follow up on existing customer issues and keep customers apprised on the status and resolution in a timely manner.
∎ Guiding & monitoring employees of billing & credit recovery department to ensure timely collection of dues from clients.
∎ Ensuring all the products offered in the website is available in the store.
∎ Coordinating & ensuring on time delivery of quality products.
∎ Interact with the followers and promote products in the social media.
∎ Analyze and report on E-Commerce initiatives. Present clear, actionable findings and develop performance improvement plans.
∎ Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients.
∎ Maintaining direct interaction with selected clients in resolving dues.
∎ Any other duties that may be assigned by the respective employee of the Company from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Online Marketing
∎ Must be fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and non-verbal communication with professional etiquette
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Skills Required: Advertising & Promotion, Brand Promotion, Computer Operating, Corporate sales and Marketing, MS Office Suites, Team player, Working under pressure
