Job Responsibilities:
∎ to formulate and implement strategies to achieve the sales target in the assigned territory.
∎ create brand value of the product(s) at the doctor font.
∎ Remain vigilant on the competitors activities and provide information.
∎ Train and lead the team to achieve the target in terms of sales and promotion.
∎ Planning, monitoring and achieving company's sales target.
∎ craft strategy and develop sales & marketing plan for excellent sales.
∎ Regular visit to field for improving Client relationship and business.
∎ Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.
∎ any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 3 years working experience in any renowned pharmaceutical company.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bengali (both oral and written).
∎ skilled in preparing sales reports via MS Excel and PPT presentation.
