Job Context:

∎ Job location: Chattoram city Corporation/Banshkhali Upazila/Khagrachari sadar/Panhchari Upazila/Rangamati Sadar/Kawkhali Upazila

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to implement the project activities as front line worker.
∎ Support the project team to implement the project activities in the communities on SRH/FP issue.
∎ Collect the information from Community level as well project catchment area and select sites & beneficiaries using appropriate tools.
∎ Facilitate community outreach and mobilization activities like training, meeting, awareness events etc on SRH/FP issue
∎ Coordination and liaison with different stakeholders including Project participants, community leaders, union and Upazila stakeholders including Health sectors.
∎ Organize the different awareness session, training, meeting, workshop and orientations with different stakeholders at field level to ensure the quality implementation.
∎ Maintain liaison between field and project office for timely supply of activities.
∎ Provide support to project management to ensure the standards of the project activities
∎ Maintain linkage with related GO, NGO, civil society and other stakeholders
∎ Maintain gender-sensitive approach in all stages of programme implementation.
∎ Integrate protection safeguarding measures throughout programme design.
∎ Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 years job experience in a relevant position at renowned NGO.
∎ Relevant job experience on reproductive health and Family Planning to be given an advantage
∎ Experience on community mobilization
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and local dialect
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills
∎ Good in conflict regulation capacity at community level
∎ The competent experienced candidates in CHT and female applicant will be given preference.

Salary:
∎ 25,000 BDT and other admissible benefits as per rules.
