∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive standard quality raw materials as per job/order.
∎ Implement the production planning and monitor the production for timely delivery.
∎ Oversee to prepare sample and take approval from the authority.
∎ Assure cutting by Master as per sample target.
∎ Check and assure the products quality during the tailoring process.
∎ Send the products to turpai sections and checking the quality after completing the task.
∎ Send the daily produce goods in the finish/ tracing sections duly.
∎ Look after the attendance issues of the section and reduce absenteeism.
∎ Prepare wages muster roll, wages register book, and entry the pass book of the workers.
∎ To collect artisans from community as per target by moving door to door.
∎ Maintain any other job as assigned by Management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Knowledge on garments manufacturing and production process
∎ Computer operation (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel)
