Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor/honors in any subject from any recognized university with minimum 2nd class/ division/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations. No 3rd class/ division/ below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary support to the Field Assistant to run at least two hygiene sessions daily basis.
∎ Monitor & supervise the construction of the relevant WASH activities in the assigned working area.
∎ Distribute and follow up the daily work plan among the Field Assistants, Hygiene Promoters and labors.
∎ Work with the Field Assistant for finding site/locations for constructing WASH facilities with taking GPS and necessary data.
∎ Keep the all distribution documents, master roll of all constructed WASH facilities.
∎ Provide necessary report of every WASH facilities constructed, repaired & maintenance in daily basis.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of water and sanitation issues, and hygiene practice,
∎ Fluency in Chittagonian language
∎ Community mobilization skills
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Good Team player
∎ Work under pressure
