∎ Muslim Hands International, Bangladesh is registered with the Bureau of NGO Affairs working in different sectors i.e. education, WASH, health, livelihood, child protection, poverty alleviation and disaster relief program since 1995. Our donor Muslim Hands UK is an international relief and development NGO, established in 1993 working both directly and with partners in over forty countries, carrying out short and long-term projects in emergency relief, educational and vocational training, orphan sponsorship, medical care and safe water.
∎ Summary of Position: This position will be responsible for assisting the field officer and field activities. She/he has to monitor & physically attend at the time of outreach home visits & awareness activities to find out the difference in standard & actual performance of the outreach.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ II. Essential job duties
∎ Responsible for assisting the field officer and field activities.
∎ Responsible for monitoring the achievement of the results set by the project in his/her area of responsibility.
∎ Ensure conducting surveys, data collection, submit progress reports.
∎ Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for the customs, traditions, and religious practices of the Rohingya community. Adapt communication and project strategies accordingly.
∎ Provide training and capacity-building support to community members, empowering them to actively participate in project activities and decision-making processes.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Rohingya community, including community leaders, families, and individuals, to understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations.
∎ Work closely with other team members, including project managers, fellow field facilitators, and support staff, to ensure smooth project implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Ensure the safety and security of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the organizations goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Salary:
∎ Salary Range: 25,000 BDT - 30,000 BDT
