Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive (Power Tools) to drive demand generation and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to boost product awareness and sales within the assigned territory.

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential customers to grow market share.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct research and analysis to uncover growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Coordinate campaigns, events, and product demonstrations to stimulate demand.

  • Consistently achieve personal and team sales targets and KPIs set by management.

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and technical support teams to deliver seamless solutions.

  • Provide guidance on product features and benefits, monitor customer feedback, and resolve issues promptly to uphold brand reputation.
