Job Context:
∎ YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) www.ypsa.org is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division since 1985 with a vision to build a society without poverty where everyone`s basic needs and rights are ensured. YPSA is implementing a 12 months (1 June, 2019 to 31 May, 2020) project title "Enabling Forcibly Displaced Nationals of Myanmar and extremely vulnerable host community members to build a safer living environment" in Ukhiya under Cox`s Bazar District with the financial support from Solidar Suisse.
∎ Now YPSA invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position for its Project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Facilitator is front line worker and ensure the project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor and the organization
∎ Maintain linkage with related GO, NGO, civil society and other stakeholders
∎ Organize the different training, meeting, workshop and orientations with different stakeholders
∎ Provide support to project management to ensure the standards of project activities
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in similar function at any NGO
∎ Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chittagonian Dialect).
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, external actors and allies
∎ Excellent communication skills including a high level of written and spoken in Bangla
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 32,000/-
