Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/ Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Orient parents and community, conduct the survey and open schools, preparing weekly plan and implement all the interventions of the programme in classroom by maintaining procedure.
∎ Assist teachers for applying participatory teaching learning process in classroom.
∎ Conduct teacher's orientation and monthly refreshers training.
∎ Supply teaching learning materials and supervise proper using in classroom.
∎ Collect children monthly tuition fees deposit in to accounts and maintain all documents
∎ Conduct practice teaching in the classroom, conduct effective parents meeting and liaison with community people.
∎ Identify the needs and providing extra afford to the grade five children's
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
