Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post-graduation Degree in Political Science, Sociology, Social work from university. Or any relevant subject from any reputed public or private university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in frontline, collaborate with center manager.
∎ Visiting Field, Arranging FGD, awareness sessions and need assessment to identify skills on livelihood activities and design schedule.
∎ Conducts & Assists baseline & mid line surveys.
∎ Select Training participants
∎ Organizes relevant activities based on community consultation both in the centre and as outreach
∎ Identifies volunteers in FDMN community and conducts capacity building
∎ Empowers volunteers to lead community activities
∎ Organize and conducts awareness-raising activities and information dissemination.
∎ Perform other duties as required and;
∎ Prepare reports according to the issues and forward to the management as needed
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in complex humanitarian environments.
∎ Experience in working with multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Strong livelihood, cash programming and emergency response in working in complex, protracted emergencies in a challenging work environment.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
∎ Good communication skills.
