Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to maintain daily inventory of receiving commodity and uses for ready hot meal received from supplier.
∎ Responsible to track the dispatch the number of hot meals to be served.
∎ Ensure tracking the transportation, regular bill checking and forward to finance for payment with following BRAC procedures.
∎ Responsible for managing work force required for preparation of hot meal and supervise the role of guard, cleaner as and when required.
∎ Prepare the guard schedule and monitoring their responsibilities.
∎ Provide necessary support to PO- Community kitchen when required.
∎ Responsible to provide administrative support as per requirement.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
