Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in various field assessments and surveys.
∎ Prepare and share beneficiary list and registration form.
∎ Support to beneficiary identification, selection, and registration processes timely, transparently in accordance with the BRAC and WFP guidelines.
∎ Support in developing for timely distribution plan and organize the disbursement.
∎ Establish and maintain transparent and trustworthy relationships with target communities, local representatives, and government counterparts.
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with the program support units/services of BRAC.
∎ Support safety of the team members as well as project beneficiaries from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. Proactively act or support to establish a safe working environment.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Knowledge on beneficiary selection.
∎ Understanding of local context and Cox’s Bazar local language
∎ Ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Computer skills at MS Word, and Excel.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
