Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any discipline (biological science preferred) or Diploma in Fisheries/ Diploma in Agriculture.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange and conduct Aquaculture technical training for the primary beneficiaries & Fish-based entrepreneurs according to the needs of the project.
∎ Conduct field demonstration for the primary beneficiaries & fish-based entrepreneurs on time.
∎ Follow up & monitor the ongoing project activities in the field regularly to provide technical suggestion to FEs and also to the entrepreneurs to develop their Fish-based business.
∎ Prepare monthly report on scheduled and performed activities.
∎ Assure quality control of project activities, including supporting field teams, reviewing work deliverables, and providing value-added feedback.
∎ Support the work of project manager/specialist/consultants as and when required.
∎ Ensure field based monitoring and evaluation information as per the requirements of the donor.
∎ Participate in the weekly meeting organized by groups/other partner organizations.
∎ Maintain positive relationships with local NGO partner (s), local Government extension officials and other local stakeholders (Fish Hatchery, Local Feed Supplier etc).
∎ Regular coordination with agribusiness personnel at field level to promote their agribusiness product among the project beneficiaries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
