Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3 years in both Quantitative and Qualitative Data Collection.
∎ Experience with digital data collection tools (e.g., KOBO, SurveyCTO).
∎ Conduct household interviews using SurveyCTO data collection tools.
∎ Verify data accuracy and completeness.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and security of data.
∎ Conduct FGDs, KIIs, and Case Studies with project stakeholders/beneficiaries.
∎ Assist the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team with data analysis.
∎ Transcribe data in Bangla or English.
∎ Prepare and submit reports to the team lead.
∎ Expertise in conducting household surveys, FGDs, KIIs and case stories.
∎ Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
∎ Field-based role with flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
∎ Experience:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Daily Gross Salary: 2,500 BDT
∎ Long travel (two instances): 3,000 BDT
∎ Local travel per day: 1,000 BDT
∎ Tax deductions as per government rules
