Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in Computer Science or any subject. (BSC In CSE/ETE/ECE/IT)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer requirements, collect information from customers and provide technical solutions and support.
∎ Deal directly with clients over telephone or face to face at client premises if needed.
∎ Exceptional knowledge of networking technologies (OSI network layers and TCP/IP).
∎ Ability to configure and troubleshoot wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, and controllers.
∎ Familiarity with Linux network monitoring tools - Cacti, Nagios, Zabbix and Smokeping.
∎ Both oral and written communication skills are vital to relaying important information, training new staff members, and communicating about solutions to complex problems.
∎ Follow up new customer commissioning issues from start to end process.
∎ A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tool.
