Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline but qualification will be flexible up to graduate for highly experienced candidate in the relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Graduate in any discipline with minimum 3 years working experience in the health program of NGO sector. Must have practical knowledge on women rights, adolescent reproductive health, safe delivery issues.
∎ Trained in PLA/PRA, Community mobilization and Project monitoring.
∎ Strong understanding of health, hygiene and nutrition issues.
∎ S/he must have good experience on networking with Govt. authorities.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with local level govt. authority and other stakeholders and relevant field staffs.
∎ Provide technical assistance and support to all the assigned Community Health Volunteers and CSBAs.
∎ To analyze, review programmatic data and prepare all required reports in English as instructed by the management.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility and have the patience to work under pressure.
∎ S/he must have excellent motorbike driving and must have valid driving license.
∎ Networking, computer skills (MS Office especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and emailing communication).
Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
