Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in reputed financial institutions preferably MFS, Bank, NBFI.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, CDD/EDD

  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (Bangladesh Bank)

  • Analytical and risk assessment capability

  • Ability to work in field and under pressure

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Implement and maintain a robust compliance monitoring system along with a Risk-Based Approach (RBA) framework to effectively identify and mitigate risks

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, laws, and internal policies, particularly in line with AML/CFT guidelines

  • Minimize legal, financial, and reputational risks through effective compliance controls and risk management practices

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports while maintaining strong coordination with regulatory authorities

  • Support audit readiness by ensuring proper documentation and facilitating successful completion of internal and external audits

  • Conduct field-level compliance assessments across distribution channels to ensure policy adherence and control effectiveness

  • Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions, driving continuous improvement in processes and controls

  • Promote a strong culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical conduct across all levels of the organization

  • Maintain and strengthen internal governance frameworks in alignment with regulatory expectations

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide compliance support, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance overall compliance effectiveness
