∎ Knowledge about sewing machine, embroidery machine, electrical & electronics work, electrical tools & equipment, circuit breakers & transformer/generator maintenance.
∎ Knowledge about inspection on electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects.
∎ Knowledge on safeguarding.
∎ Skilled in repair & maintenance of sewing, embroidery & others machines, electrical equipment’s.
∎ Maintenance record keeping
∎ Skills in assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take preventive action and daily maintenance of sewing machines & electrical equipment’s.
∎ Provide full support for smooth running of all sewing machine & generator of the center.
∎ Troubleshoot for all the sewing, embroidery and others machines, generator, substation etc.
∎ Keep maintenance as per schedule of the sewing, embroidery & others machine, generator & other electrical equipments.
∎ Keep maintenance records of the sewing machines, generator, substation & other electrical equipments.
∎ Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
∎ Provide support & maintenance in electrical & electronics at the center.
∎ Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
∎ Repair and maintenance of all kinds of electro mechanical machineries.
∎ Use standard quality cable, electrical tools/ equipment’s and machineries.
∎ Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
∎ Proper utilization & maintenance of generator.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
