Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is designed to perform the anthropometric measurement of all PLWs & Under-5 children. S/he is responsible to measure weight, height & MUAC; and checking oedema.
∎ S/he is also responsible for recording all the measurements in beneficiary cards and in the digitalization app.
∎ S/he will identify a child's nutritional status based on his/her measurement and use WHZ lookup table.
∎ Based on the nutrition status, s/he will refer the case to appropriate service delivery points (OTP/BSFP/TSFP). S/he is responsible to facilitate growth monitoring and promotion (GMP) of children
∎ Ensure accurate record-keeping for reporting.
∎ Continuous screen and update profile of under-five children.
∎ Be flexible in performing her duties as required by the line manager to ensure that beneficiaries are getting good quality services.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Good knowledge of Reporting and Documentation.
∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, cultures and religions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in a challenging situation
