MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Household & household member registration in a digital database

  • Assist Paramedics in HH visits & satellite camps consultations.

  • Mobilize community people for satellite camps and PHC

  • Provide health-related preventive messages, provide awareness on institutional delivery and referral of patients to nearby health facilities.

  • Provide health education and awareness on health outbreaks (Dengue, Cholera etc), information, awareness and care related to Pregnancy & Family planning, Childcare, Communicable disease program (TB) and Non-Communicable Diseases etc.

  • Assist paramedics in community-level group counseling sessions and courtyard meetings when necessary.

  • Screening for high-risk NCD/CD groups as well as screen the vulnerable population to provide mental health support as per programme requirement.

  • Attending monthly meetings and reporting.

 

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
