∎ Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional speaking ability.
∎ Proficiency in computer operation (MS Office, Email, Internet).
∎ Must be well-organized, professional, and responsible.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist office visitors, clients, and customers.
∎ Answer and transfer telephone calls to the appropriate personnel.
∎ Provide office-related information and assist customers as needed.
∎ Maintain and manage office documents, courier services, and correspondence.
∎ Provide necessary support to the administrative department.
