∎ Bachelor's/Master’s degree from a reputed university (BBA/MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred).

∎ Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate, manufacturing, or investment sectors.
∎ Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop successful marketing strategies.
∎ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
∎ Expertise in market analysis and business development planning.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
∎ Lead, supervise, and manage the sales team to ensure business growth.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and clients.
∎ Promote and sell company ownership shares and investment plans.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
∎ Prepare and present business proposals to investors.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and investors.
∎ Monitor sales activities and provide reports to senior management.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team for brand visibility and promotional campaigns.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
