Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professionals will be closely guided and mentored by WAVE and DHAN in different stages during carrying out the activities.
∎ Engage in regular planning and implementation of online and offline activities with WAVE Foundation and DHAN Foundation
∎ Support in prepare training module fit for sharing in offline and digital training platform
∎ Organizing and delivering trainings to the youth groups in community level
∎ Facilitate digital training session for WAVE and DHAN youth groups
∎ Managing Learning Management System or virtual workplace
∎ Conduct Need assessment, Youth Group formation and demonstrate small scale Community Based Climate Action Project (CCAP)
∎ Conducting Online and offline meetings and organizing Youth Symposium with different stakeholders between Bangladesh and India
∎ Preparing newsletters, reports, and audio-visual production in regular interval on project activities
∎ Foster knowledge exchange by preparing case studies, articles and toolkits on the unique features and best practices
∎ Engage in operating the ICT based FPO monitoring tool management
∎ Work in harmony with the values of Norec and partnership
∎ Strong potential to become change agents
∎ Willingness to learn as well as to teach

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years professional working experience in development field. Professionals having considerable experience in Climate education and youth empowerment will be given preference.
∎ At least 1 years of relevant work experience on digitalization, digital learning or innovation and managing a Learning Management System or virtual workplace would be desirable.
∎ Excellent writing and synthesis skills with experience producing diverse types of documents (Training Modules, reports, presentations, case studies, articles, etc.
∎ Frequent filed visit
Salary: Tk. 48000 - 51000 (Monthly)
