Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation any recognized University and preferable with diploma in hotel & restaurant management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead all team members of Restaurant & Kitchen department including Service, to provide quality food and standard service to the customer.
∎ Monitor guest questionnaires to identify shortfalls and remedy service issues.
∎ Provide a professional, efficient and support service to increase restaurant guest's satisfaction level.
∎ Attend promptly to all guest complaints and requests.
∎ Coordinate and direct kitchen staff on preparation of menu items and daily special.
∎ Introduce new menu items of choice
∎ Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the restaurant
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels
Salary: Negotiable
