• Develop seasonal knitwear collections in line with buyer briefs, market trends, and brand direction.

• Conduct trend research, color forecasting, fabric and yarn selection, and silhouette development.

• Create mood boards, flat sketches, artworks, and 3D garment renderings for sampling and buyer presentations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate technical packages, including measurements, construction details, BOMs, and fit comments.

• Utilize 3D design tools to visualize fit, drape, stitch structures, and textures, reducing dependency on physical samples.

• Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to ensure design feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

• Review samples, fittings, and 3D to physical product translation; provide corrective actions where required.

• Participate in buyer meetings, design reviews, and digital presentations as required.

• Mentor junior designers and support the adoption of digital and 3D design workflows.

• Ensure all developments comply with quality standards, sustainability guidelines, and buyer compliance requirements.
