• Conduct trend research and market analysis to identify emerging fashion directions, colors, and consumer preferences.

• Collaborate closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams to conceptualize and develop new styles and collections.

• Create detailed design sketches, CADs, mood boards, and tech packs based on seasonal trends and customer requirements.

• Select fabrics, trims, colours, patterns, and textures that align with the design aesthetics and brand identity.

• Oversee the prototype and sample development process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

• Conduct fittings and quality reviews to ensure the design intent is achieved in production.

• Prepare cost sheets, product lists, and price quotations in coordination with the merchandising team.

• Communicate and share technical design information with suppliers, vendors, and customers.

• Maintain effective relationships with buyers, foreign customers, and suppliers for smooth business operations.

• Negotiate and finalize product specifications, ensuring alignment with buyer expectations.

• Coordinate photoshoots, lookbooks, and presentations for new collections as required.

• Assist in brand identity development and contribute ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns.
