• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Boutique/ Fashion

• Age At least 21 years

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

• Practical working knowledge of CLO3D for garment visualization and fitting

• Ability to prepare tech packs, measurement sheets, and size specifications

• Sound knowledge of grading and size breakdown

• Understanding of WGSN trend forecasting and seasonal planning

• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, printing, washing, and garment construction

• Familiarity with the Bangladeshi garments manufacturing process

• Ability to handle multiple styles and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail with good color sense and fashion aesthetics

• Effective communication and coordination skills

• Prepare digital garment designs (Men’s Items) including prints, patterns and artwork..

• Develop complete tech packs with measurements, construction details, colorways, and artwork placement

• Perform grading and maintain accurate size specifications according to production requirements

• Create, update, and refine designs using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

• Develop 3D garment models and fitting visualizations using CLO3D

• Review and supervise sampling and fitting feedback, ensuring necessary design revisions are updated digitally

• Ensure designs are production-feasible, cost-efficient, and quality-focused

• Conduct seasonal trend, color, fabric, and silhouette research using WGSN and market insights

• Maintain balance between market trends and brand aesthetics

• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams for smooth execution

• Maintain organized digital records of styles, revisions, comments, and approvals
