∎ We are looking for a Farm Manager with Excellent managerial skill for planning, organizing and supervising fisheries farm.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing, organizing & supervising whole biofloc/raceway/Bottom clean fisheries farm.
∎ Take responsibility to regular operation, feeding and medicine for the fishes of the plant.
∎ Assist with all aspects of aquatic fishing production, care for fish in the fisheries and hatcheries.
∎ Conducting and supervising the fisheries and hatcheries to identify diseases or parasites and treating diseases found in fish. Improve spawning, setting, growth rates and disease prevention.
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
∎ Stay up to date with latest market trend of aqua related feeds, Pro-biotic products, medicines, chemicals etc.
∎ Develop the market of fish selling.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
