Educational Requirements:
∎ B Sc in Agriculture/Diploma in Agriculture from any recognized University.
∎ MBA (Major in Marketing) will get extra advantage.
∎ Masters in any discipline, Bachelor in science background.
∎ Skills Required: Area Sales, Sales and Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro based firms (Seed Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He has to work on target oriented like-Seed sale & Recovery, Regular dealer visit, New dealer set up, Visit different govt. offices like-DAE, MoA, BADC, SCA and others).
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly work plan & daily report send to HO through email.
∎ Seed Packets on spot and in stock & other materials daily report prepare and send to HO
∎ Different type of seed varietal trial or variety developing all activities in farmers field or others.
∎ Promotional activities like-dealers meeting, SAAOs meeting, Farmers meeting, Farmers field day etc
∎ He has to monitor local NGOs or others private sector whose are bought seeds in their different programs. They may also promote our seed marketing.
∎ Ensure product quality by varietal trial through farmers field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years

∎ Negotiable
∎ As per Company Salary Structure
