Job Responsibilities:

∎ Gain a deep understanding of the entire production process.
∎ Record attendance and assess the performance of farm personnel.
∎ Provide guidance and leadership to the team.
∎ Maintain daily standards for product quality and nutritional value.
∎ Ensure that equipment and electrical systems are operational, guiding the team as needed.
∎ Possess knowledge of preventive and scheduled maintenance practices.
∎ Conduct research on innovative farming techniques to enhance efficiency.
∎ Implement strategic breeding programs to enhance milk production quality.
