১. একজন কাবাব শেফ, একজন রুটি পরটার কারিগর, দুইজন ওয়েটার।
২. উপজাতিদেরকে উষ্ণ অভিনন্দন।
৩. সর্বনিম্ন ২বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
৪. মহেশখালীর বাইরের শেফ ও কারিগরদের জন্য ফ্রি থাকার ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে।
৫. কাবাব শেফের বেতন ১৫০০০-২০০০০ হাজার।
৬. রুটির পরটার কারিগরের বেতন ১৫০০০-১৮০০০ হাজার।
৭. সিনিয়র ওয়েটারের বেতন ১০০০০-১৩০০০ হাজার (থাকার খরচ আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে)।
