Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Certification or Training in Management will be Prioritized.

• Knowledge regarding Agrochemical Industry is preferable.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 33 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5 year as Production floor in Charge in any factory, Agrochemical factory - will be preferable.

• Knowledge of Inventory Management.

• Sound knowledge of Production machineries.

• The ability to multitask.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong management and leadership skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Hands-on problem solver against production delays, machine breakdowns, and quality issues.

We are looking for an experienced Production In-charge for “Agrochemical Repacking Factory” to manage & oversee daily production, loss reduction, ensure timely production and timely delivery.

Job Location: Factory at Hemayetpur, Savar.

Job Context and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire factory operation.

• Provide clear direction, encouragement & Motivate work-force for maximum production output.

• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity.

• Recruit competent technicians and workers according to production demand.

• Communicate with Logistics for in-time delivery.

• Reduce inventory overhead.

• Considering lead time carryout regular Order placement of production materials and ensure receival of required material for uninterrupted production output.

• Consult with sales team to Analyze sales forecast and arrange production, thus ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain Proper Documentation for each work.

• Present weekly performance report to Head Office.

• Maintain impartiality, Ensure safe & healthy working environment for quality and efficient production output.

• Generate daily production report according to machine production capacity and worker efficiency analysis.

• Arrangement of regular briefing, training and coordinate, control, administer production.

• Any other tasks as relevant with this role and assigned by Top Management.
