Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize & oversee overall factory operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time and as per requirements.
Maintain product quality standards and address quality-related issues.
Supervise factory manpower, attendance, discipline & productivity.
Monitor and control raw materials, accessories and finished goods inventory.
Reduce wastage, rework & operational costs through efficient processes.
Ensure factory safety and compliance with labor regulations.
Coordinate time to time with Head Office and retail outlets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly production and operations reports to the superior
Identify operational challenges and implement continuous improve
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management.
