Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
Assist in the coordination and execution of daily factory operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets set targets.
Identify and resolve technical issues in the production process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Work alongside quality assurance teams to ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and factory policies. Promote a safe working environment for all employees.
Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of factory equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
Prepare regular reports on production output, equipment status, and process improvements.
Work closely with various departments, including production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure smooth factory operations.
