Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with the merchandising team of sample making to shipment.
∎ Follow up production process in the factory from sample making to shipment.
∎ Collecting order sheet from concerned Merchandiser.
∎ Follow up fabrics & accessories status in factory for smooth production process.
∎ Co-ordinate with buyers Q.C.
∎ Inform merchandising team about shortage and delayed in-house of any raw materials.
∎ Follow up Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, washing, finishing to ensure smooth production.
∎ Arrange & monitor Buyers inspection before shipment to collect the Buyer inspection certificate.
∎ Prepare all necessary reports & submit the same to all concerned merchants as well as factory Management.
∎ Follow up COC to maintain smooth production process.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 05 years or more experiences as a Factory Merchandiser in Knit Garments.
∎ Sound knowledge in Knit Garments manufacturing process.
∎ Good analytical skill and proactive in nature to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Must be self-motivated hard working person who can work under tremendous pressure.
∎ Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Can contribute with new ideas and innovation.
