Job Context:
∎ Production plan
∎ Work management
∎ Daily work statement report
∎ Good arrangement plan and workers
∎ Quality assurance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive order plan and order sheet from the senior authorities.
∎ Preparing a production plan weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
∎ Receiving material status against each order and will monitor progress of material received.
∎ Receiving approved sample, swatch card against order sheet.
∎ Ensuring that production lines are properly balanced for target output.
∎ To coordinate with the quality manager so that defective of faulty goods are not produced.
∎ Providing job assignment to supervisors and other subordinates.
∎ Ensuring that floor, machinery, toilet, dining spaces is neat and clean.
∎ To arrange for continuous training of helpers and operators.
∎ Pre-production sample prepared and compared with the original approved sample.
∎ Ensuring to pursue right works, quality and maintenance standard.
∎ He ensures that materials are organized at each stage of processing.
∎ He makes right evaluation of the performance of his subordinates.
∎ He arranged for proper documentation of all the activities on the floor.
∎ As a leader he inspires unites employees for better works, better motivation.
∎ To organize pre-production meeting or pre-production activities to discuss relate issues.
∎ Monitoring progress of production against production plan.
∎ Factory manager coordinates with all the concern so that progresses as per plan.
∎ Responsible for ensuring discipline in the floor.
∎ Taking care of workers safety and welfare.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to handle high working load.
∎ Good command in MS applications (Microsoft Word & Excel).
∎ Good communication and presentation skill in English and Bangla
∎ Demonstrate a positive, can do attitude
∎ Self-motivated, honest, sincere and hard working
