Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for production work & as well as for the factory.
∎ Planning and scheduling of production activities as per booking data and order sheet provided by the management.
∎ Set production target and take necessary steps for achievement.
∎ Collect daily manpower report and take necessary step to execute production planning.
∎ Co-ordination with Quality Assurance Section for ensuring quality standard of production.
∎ Supervision of production process at various stage.
∎ Monitor daily production in the light of production schedule.
∎ Close supervision and co-ordination with activities of PM., In-charges, Supervisors for smooth functioning of production process.
∎ Communication with Embroidery, Printing & Sub-contract factory for smooth functioning of production.
∎ Communication with local buying house regarding final inspection.
∎ Scrutiny of In-line Inspection report submitted by Buyers' Q.C. and take necessary measures.
∎ Arrange & ensure time shipment in co-ordination with Commercial Section.
∎ Co-ordination with H R section in the matter of recruitment and selection, manpower planning, review & formulation of wages structure.
∎ Sound knowledge about garment's breakdown & modern lay out system.
∎ To monitor the target achievement.
∎ Well known about Admin, HR, Compliance, Production (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing), Sample, CAD-Pattern & Marker department/section activities and co-ordinate smoothly among all department/section.
∎ Any others task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Willingness to work independently and under pressure
∎ Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
∎ Good analytical skill and proactive in nature to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Good ability to work in a team and good social skills.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
