Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Factory Manager, the position holder will be responsible for managing the employees and end to end operations of Production Units using available machinery/technology
∎ Must have to know Sweater Production & Knit (T) production
∎ Responsible for production & manpower planning on past and future production projections based on factory floor level capabilities and constraints.
∎ Responsible for full production and quality line and machine wise job distribution to the operators.
∎ Leads and monitors the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to perform the jobs effectively to enhance the productivity.
∎ Evaluates & monitors the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machinery.
∎ Responsible for coordination with all related departments in Supply Chain service line and, with external customers, buyer's representatives and foreign Correspondence.
∎ Takes actions to minimize losses, rejects and reworks on daily basis.
∎ Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the compliance team.
∎ Responsible for implementing in the factory- BSCI, ACCORD, SEDEX, ISO, GOTS, Oekotex etc.
∎ Responsible for daily production target
∎ Responsible to control cost
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) as Factory Manager.
∎ Skills Required: Factory Operation, good communication skill
