Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters from any reputed institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total productions.
∎ Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.
∎ Deliver/Ship on time with acceptable quality.
∎ Manage worker for ensuring smooth productivity.
∎ Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
∎ Manage ware house for convenience and security of raw material and finished goods.
∎ Direct & control overall Compliance issue of the factory.
∎ Be well conversant with Accord/Alliance standard & requirements, NBC, NFPA etc.
∎ Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures.
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
∎ Handle buyer on Compliance issue and keep factory compliant.
∎ Ensure appropriate recruitment and maintain required Machine-Man Ratio.
∎ Prepare & ensure written job responsibilities of all concerned.
∎ Capable to run the factory independently on Profit & Loss basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Willing to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
∎ Minimum 10 year(s) where at least 2 years as Factory Head. Retired Defense Service Officers of Major or above may also apply with related experience or without experience

Salary: Negotiable
