Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Production Management: Oversee and document the daily production activities of ladies' footwear, ensuring all targets are met efficiently.
• Worker Motivation: Motivate and manage the factory workers to achieve and exceed production targets.
• Material Tracking: Keep meticulous records of materials used in production, ensuring adequate supply and timely reorder.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control (QC) checks on finished products to maintain high standards of quality.
• Production Planning Coordination: Coordinate with showrooms to plan production schedules and meet market demands.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, including output, material usage, and QC reports.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process to ensure smooth operations.
