• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and polite approach to customer interactions.
• Target-driven and highly motivated to achieve individual and team goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work setup.
• Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays; other off-days can be arranged

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and goal-oriented Online Seller who can manage and drive online sales across social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Lamode BD products on online platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Communicate professionally with customers via social media, chat, and messaging tools.
• Convert leads into sales through engaging and persuasive communication.
• Manage product listings, promotions, and customer engagement on all platforms.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online campaigns.
• Provide after-sales support and customer feedback to improve services.

• Festival Bonus: 2
Base Salary (negotiable based on experience) Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses upon meeting/exceeding sales targets. Team Bonus: For collaborative achievement of sales goals. Annual Leave: 35 days yearly vacation (as operations may run during public holidays). Festival Bonuses: Two bonuses per year (Eid-ul-Adha & Eid-ul-Fitr).
