Job Summary:
The Factory Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all machinery and equipment in the factory. This role involves troubleshooting, planning maintenance schedules, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all factory equipment and machinery.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
Work with the production team to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
