Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Educational qualification may relaxed to Graduate level in case of having good expertise in relevant area.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maximizing and managing ongoing trends of revenue of the hotel, and ensuring that the guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
∎ Corporate client handling along with the team whenever required.
∎ Hold regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments (HODs) and coordinate with them to execute all functions and activities.
∎ Set the properties Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) in short tenure and ensures that all the SOPs are implemented and compliant accordingly.
∎ Set high standard service quality and ensure smooth implementation to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
∎ Handling complaints, and overseeing the service recovery procedures.
∎ Be accountable for the responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints
∎ To ensure the building's hygiene and security for the best customer experience and suggest management for further progression.
∎ To ensure the company fully complies with all relevant Government and Local Authority Legislation relevant to the operation.
∎ Strategic Business Knowledge, Communication, and presentation skills.
∎ Performs duties in all aspects of hotel operations whenever needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience from hospitality industry like five star hotel will be a priority.
∎ Ability to delegate to appropriately.
∎ Strong organization, prioritization and communication skills, able to work within time constraints and prioritize tasks.
