Job Context:
∎ E-commerce Operations.
∎ Attitude seeking for dedicated and passionate Page Moderators & E-commerce Operations to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Address, resolve customer concerns, Explain products and prices.
∎ Receive and process customer orders.
∎ Coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment.
∎ Provide order updates and resolve issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skills & can use Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ Experience in E-commerce/ F-Commerce/ Order Management for at least 6 months will be given preference.

Salary: Tk. 12500 (Monthly)
