∎ Experienced in Factory/Buying house/Garments/Textile especially in denim/woven part.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PLM, ERP).Knowledge of global textile markets and supply chains.
∎ Should have strong knowledge about fiber to fabric manufacturing process, testing process & inspection specially denim and woven fabric along with fabric & price.
∎ Have to manage buyer, supplier and Merchandising team.
∎ Experienced in Factory/Buying house/Garments/Textile especially in denim/woven part.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PLM, ERP).Knowledge of global textile markets and supply chains.
∎ Should have strong knowledge about fiber to fabric manufacturing process, testing process & inspection specially denim and woven fabric along with fabric & price.
∎ Have to manage buyer, supplier and Merchandising team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Root cause analysis of different types of problem related to fabric and problem solving from development to bulk stage and to ensure the consistent quality.
∎ Daily follow up production status and fabric test, bulk fabric inspection report collected from the supplier & review before shipment.
∎ Checking CSV/RLD for regular or special marker, provide internal shade band approval, checking shrinkage and boing report etc to assure the proper quality fabric for cutting and solving all fabric related defective issues during bulk.
∎ Lab dip, FOB approvals, first bulk, dye lots, test reports, and inspection reports, and obtain customer approval for each stage have to arrange by coordinating with supplier & buyer.
∎ Maintain regular communication with all relevant departments to ensure alignment with buyer requirements.
∎ Collaborate with the washing team to optimize fabric performance through wash programs, ensuring fabric approval and timely shipment, while maintaining open communication with the customer for bulk lot approval in garment form.
∎ Organize the Transaction Certificates (GRS, GOTS, BCI, Lenzing) within the customer interactive platform, and ensure that test reports (base, bulk, product tests) are updated regularly in the customer PLM system.
∎ Resolve the matter with the fabric mill to create a mutually beneficial outcome for both the supplier and the vendor.
∎ Proper documentation & any other tasks given by the management.
